Vibrational Healing

Vibrational healing is a holistic therapy that includes the use of vibrations or frequencies to promote healing and balance in the body, mind, and spirit.

This approach is based on the concept that everything in the universe, including the human body, is made up of energy and has its unique vibration or frequency.

There are several forms of vibrational healing, each utilizing different techniques and modalities to work with the body’s energy field. Some common forms of vibrational healing include:

Sound therapy involves using sound vibrations, such as those produced by singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, or vocal toning, to resonate with and balance the body’s energy centres, or chakras. It is believed that specific frequencies can help release tension, promote relaxation, and facilitate healing at the cellular level.

Crystal healing utilizes the energetic properties of crystals and gemstones to balance and align the body’s energy field. Different crystals are believed to have unique vibrations that can interact with the body’s energy centres to promote healing, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth.

Energy healing involves the channelling of universal life force energy through the hands of the practitioner to the recipient. By working with the body’s energy field, Reiki aims to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Forms of Energy Healing, not specifically covered elsewhere on this page, are:

  • Reiki
  • Healing Touch
  • Therapeutic Touch
  • Pranic Healing

Biofield therapy uses, simultaneously, a combination of other forms of vibrational healing, such as Healing Touch, Therapeutic, Reiki, Sound and colour Therapies.

It involves working with the body’s biofield, or energy field, to promote health and well-being.

Practitioners use gentle touch or non-touch techniques to balance and harmonize the energy field, helping to alleviate pain, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall vitality, whilst bathing their clients in other sensory forms such as sound and colour bathing.

Homeopathy is a system of alternative medicine that uses highly diluted substances to stimulate the body’s self-healing mechanisms.

Remedies are selected based on the principle of “like cures like,” or “what makes you bad makes you better”, where substances that produce symptoms similar to those of a particular ailment are used to treat the condition.

All matter vibrates, and through that vibration affects other matter.  Age-old homoeopathy belief is that it is the vibrational effect of some substances that causes negative effects in the mind, body and spirit.

By introducing measured amounts of the same substances to the body, a destructive interference pattern is caused cancelling out the negative effect of the same substance.

The principle is similar, in effect, to scientifically proven interference patterns in sound, optical, electrical and liquid dynamics.

Colour therapy, also known as chromotherapy or phototherapy, involves using different colours or wavelengths of light to promote healing and balance in the body.

Each colour has a unique vibration and it is believed that these can influence moods, energy levels, and overall well-being.

This is not dissimilar to homoeopathy, but in this case, instead of using destructive interference to reduce negative energy, it uses constructive interference to produce greater amplitudes of energy.

While vibrational healing practices have been used globally and for centuries in various cultures, scientific evidence supporting their effectiveness is still emerging, and they remain a subject of ongoing research and debate.

As with any holistic therapy, it’s essential to consult with qualified practitioners and healthcare professionals before pursuing vibrational healing or using it as a substitute for conventional medical treatment.

Modern medicine (or more particularly the Pharmaceuticals) continually decry vibrational healing and other forms of non-chemical healing as “Quackology”, however, as Science advances, more and more pointers are cropping up as to how we are all connected, and how vibrations might actually be provided to be the fundamentals we have all been looking for.

Check out the video below.   They don’t award Nobel prizes for Quackology.
